Our Services
Three services. Each designed to do one thing well.
Our work covers crisis preparedness, scenario planning, and recovery. Each service is scoped clearly, delivered by senior advisors, and designed to produce something lasting.

Our methodology: structured, contextual, and direct
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation where we understand your organisation's situation, the relevant stakeholders, and what you're hoping to achieve. We then propose a clearly defined work plan — objectives, timeline, deliverables, what's included and what's not.
Our facilitation approach is adapted to the organisation. In workshops, we create conditions for honest discussion rather than managed consensus. In advisory work, we bring an outside perspective that isn't beholden to internal politics or existing assumptions.
Service 01
Crisis Preparedness Advisory
5–6 weeks · RM 3,500
Helps organisations develop the capacity to respond to disruptive events — whether operational failures, reputational challenges, or external shocks. The service includes crisis scenario identification, response team design, communication protocol development, and decision-making frameworks for high-pressure situations. The aim is not to create fear, but readiness.
Delivered as a crisis preparedness handbook with practical playbooks your team can reference and act on independently.
What the engagement includes:
- Crisis scenario identification and risk mapping
- Response team structure and role definitions
- Communication protocol development
- Decision-making frameworks for pressure situations
- Crisis preparedness handbook delivery

Service 02
Scenario Planning Workshops
3 sessions over 4 weeks · RM 2,200
Facilitated sessions that help leadership teams explore multiple plausible futures and develop flexible strategies to navigate them. Each workshop involves collaborative scenario construction, implication analysis, and strategic option development. Suitable for organisations making significant investments or entering uncertain market conditions.
Delivered as a scenario report with strategic implications and adaptive action plans, usable by your leadership team independently of our continued involvement.
What the engagement includes:
- Three structured facilitated workshops
- Collaborative scenario construction for 3–4 plausible futures
- Strategic implication analysis for each scenario
- Adaptive action plans for each scenario path
- Scenario report as final deliverable

Service 03
Recovery Framework Design
4–5 weeks · RM 2,700
For organisations that have experienced a significant disruption and need a structured path back to stability. This service covers post-incident assessment, recovery sequencing, resource redeployment, and stakeholder communication planning. The approach is pragmatic and empathetic, recognising that recovery involves morale as much as operations.
Delivered as a recovery framework with milestone tracking and contingency options — a working document rather than a presentation.
What the engagement includes:
- Post-incident assessment and cause analysis
- Recovery sequencing and priority mapping
- Resource redeployment recommendations
- Internal and external stakeholder communication plan
- Recovery framework with milestones and contingency options

Standards
Shared across all our services
Full confidentiality
All engagement details and client information are treated as strictly confidential. We do not reference clients in any public context.
Written scoping
Before any work begins, you receive a written engagement scope that both parties review and agree to — objectives, deliverables, timeline, and cost.
Senior delivery
All engagement work is delivered by senior advisors, not delegated to junior team members after the initial conversation.
Defined endpoints
Every engagement has a clear endpoint. We don't build in renewals or extend scope without explicit agreement.
Honest assessment
If we find during scoping that our services aren't the right fit, we tell you clearly — before committing to an engagement.
Practical deliverables
Handbooks, frameworks, and reports — not summary presentations. Each deliverable is structured to be used after we've left.
